We will work closely with you in understanding your needs and goals, define the scope of the project, and brainstorming ideas for XR applications. In this phase, we will do some research on the industry and its users. This phase will end with us making a proposal for you that incorporates a new value proposition by leveraging emerging technologies.

Once the proposal has been accepted and the contract signed, the project enters the conceptualization, design, and planning phase. In this phase, we will work on developing the initial concepts, including wireframes and storyboards for visualization of the XR environment. We do detailed UX and UI designs that define the functionalities and aesthetics of the solution. This stage gives detailed results regarding the implementation plan that covers the scope of work, milestones and major deliverables, and project timeline, which is vital in having everyone on board before actual development starts. Also, this will set the baselines to make it easier to track the project execution.

Create the basic version or a proof-of-concept test for the XR (VR, AR, MR) application's key functionality and user interactions. This stage will help validate ideas further for full development. We apply the agile and iterative approach during project execution, especially during implementation. We keep you informed and engaged with recurrent calls and incremental deliverables, allowing you an iterative feedback loop to refine the solution to perfection.

Our team crafts the XR environment using either the StereoKit framework, our own, XRSharp (XR#), or other suitable technology that the team will identify as ideal so that we can deliver the best possible business value to you. Its features include 3D models, animations, interactions, integrations, and spatial audio.

Delivering the complete solution can be considered the birth (start) of something new. It will need further maintenance during its lifetime. We can offer discount rates for post-delivery support. Some things to be handled in ongoing support include defects, improvements, or new features. XR technologies keep changing continuously; updates may be required in continuous technological changes.
